This week, the St. Simons Noise Occurrence Reaction Unified Company will start building an “ environmental security barrier” that consists of “big floating containment barrier to help include surface area contaminants, as well as large netting to contain subsurface debris.”.
The Unified Command used LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) innovation to create 3D pictures of unattainable locations inside the vessel.
